Welcome to the Seapark site featuring all pdf-brochures available for every known brand of construction equipment
Founded in 1994 and fully owned by Sea-Ro Terminal – was set up to provide diversification in Value Added Logistics, including areas such as vehicle modification, compound management, general warehousing and distribution facilities.
The Canadakaai “Modification Center”: storage and modification center for agricultural and construction machinery.

In 1994, the first New Holland tractors arrived in the United States/Canada. These models, as well as the Basildon (UK) line of tractors, were immediately routed to the “Brittanniadok” terminal. After Sea-Ro Group’s repurchase of the “Canadakaai”, its subsidiary company Sea Park created in 1995 a central platform for the storage and modification of agricultural machinery. Its hangers, located beside a carpark covering several hectares, are also used for storage, repair work, and engine adaptation.
Shortsea and deepsea maritime connections are combined, which constitutes a major advantage for the European distribution market, currently in a period of rapid expansion. The development of the Modification Center was made possible by the launching of the large roll-on, roll-off (RoRo) lines like Wilhelmmsen, Wallenius, and K-line, supported by long-haul maritime transport. The joint presence of the Wilhelmmsen and Wallenius lines cannot but sustain this growth. After unloading by Sea-Ro, incoming agricultural equipment is placed in the carpark. Sea Park then makes the necessary adjustments to the machinery in its Modification Center, outfitted for this purpose

The work includes storage and outfitting of straw presses, combined harvesters, and small general-purpose excavators as well as the storage of spare parts for various machines. The merger of New Holland and Case, united under the name Case New Holland, also involves the centralization of older products in the Case line within the Canadakaai terminal.

In 2002, an important leap forward was made in the modification process for construction materials, thanks to the acquisition of large Case cranes imported from Japan for the opening of the Modification Center. CNH Logistics manages all major and minor modification orders. The Sea-Ro Group’s Modification Center takes care of inspection prior to unloading (PDI or predelivery inspection) and handles the adaptation of crane arms, caterpillar treads and hammer circuits, electronics, hydraulic controls and piping, small and large painting jobs, etc. Since early 2004, Kobelco and Fiat Kobelco are both transported to Zeebrugge and undergo a service call at the Canadakaai terminal. After the recent internal reorganization in CNH, these cranes are now being sold as New Holland (Kobelco).
Dornack, logistics partner of Agco/Massey Ferguson, also utilizes the services of the Modification Center for the storage and adaptation of its combine harvesters and straw presses, as well as for the storage and secondary modifications of its quads, compact tractors, and mowers.
Tractors, small general purpose excavators, straw presses, etc. are also regularly submitted to quality control and can undergo further adaptations. In order to respond to the growing need for technical support, in 2002-2004 the work site was enlarged and overhead traveling cranes installed with a capacity of 10 to 20 tons. At the same time, the area saw the installation of an industrial cabin for spraying and a hood for the cleaning facilities. The carpark surface was also extended. Additional site upgrades are on their way.

It’s worth noting that the workers and management are able to continue to specialize due to continuous technical and logistical training centered on the modification and management of agricultural and construction machinery. These two industries are the most important currently handled at the Modification Center. The ISO 9001:2000 Certificate of Quality awarded for the activities carried out along the Canadakaai terminal is both a reward and an incentive to continually improve customer services.
